Since its establishment in 2000, CHINAMEX Middle East Investment & Trade Promotion Center  (CHINAMEX) has advanced in step with China’s wave of economic globalization. Over more than two decades of dedicated efforts, CHINAMEX has successfully supported over 6,000 Chinese enterprises in expanding into markets across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Latin America—together composing a remarkable epic of global expansion.

In 2004, CHINAMEX launched the “Dragon City/Mart” brand initiative. Conceived as a large-scale commercial platform, Dragon City/Mart is designed to support Chinese enterprises in their overseas development by establishing regional commodity distribution hubs and promoting bilateral and multilateral economic and trade cooperation.

At present, Dragon City/Mart focuses primarily on the Middle East market, with established projects including Dragon Mart Dubai, Dragon City Bahrain, and Dragon World Saudi Araiba (Riyadh), alongside upcoming developments in Dammam, Kuwait, and Jeddah. To date, more than 40 countries have expressed strong interest in cooperation, underscoring the broad international recognition of the “Dragon City/Mart model.”

Standing at a new historical starting point, CHINAMEX will continue to move forward, accelerating the implementation of additional Dragon City/Mart projects worldwide.
