As a landmark project under the Belt and Road Initiative and Saudi Vision 2030, the project is located in King Abdullah Economic City of Saudi Arabia. Covering a total area of approximately 800,000 square meters with a total investment of around 1 billion US dollars, it will be built into an international urban complex integrating commerce, residential communities and cultural tourism. It will serve as a new economic and trade platform linking China with Saudi Arabia, the wider Middle East and Africa.
The signing marks that the Chinatown Project has entered a substantive implementation phase. Moving forward, the three parties will fully integrate capital, industrial and market resources, coordinate closely on all work, and make every effort to ensure the steady progress of the project.
